(2 Corinthians 2: 3) Journal The letter Paul mentioned here (and 2 Co 2:9; 7:8,12) is not 1 Corinthians, but a letter written in between 1 and 2 Corinthians. Paul also wrote a letter to the Corinthians before he wrote 1 Corinthians (1 Co 5:9) but this letter is also lost. So, in total, Paul wrote 4 letters to them. You ask: So the bible is incomplete. Thus, no reliable. We respond: No all letter Paul wrote was inspired by the Spirit. (2 Co 12: 2) Journal Third heaven. The third heaven doesn't suggest different "levels" of heaven, like good, better and best. Instead, Paul is using terminology common in that day, which referred to the "blue sky" as the first heaven, the "starry sky" as the second heaven, and the third heaven as the place where God lived and reigned. |
