May Health Status

After taking the medicine (natural herb) from the doctor, and with some exercises (badminton on Sunday for 3 weeks), and stopping coffee, and drinking tonic, my health has gotten better. I no longer feel as much dizziness and also not as tired. I also have a better sleep at night. In the past, I used to take some time to sleep but now I can quickly fall into sleep. This must be due to my abstainance towards coffee, which has been more than a month. I only broke this abstainance today.

I think I better keep up my abstainance towards coffee and at least exercise once a week, either by playing badminton on Sunday or jogging if I didn't go for badminton.

It is important for me to maintain a good health, so that I can be productive. Having a good health also helps me to be more joyfully too. When my health is not there, my mood is much affected by it too.
